Three closed bedrooms: one upstairs with queen bed, two in the basement, one with queen bed and the other with bunk bed (king downstairs and single upstairs) as well as a futon. Also available, 2nd futon in the large family room.

Booking and payment terms
- Payments must be made through interac
- 50% of the rental cost is required when booking
- The balance of the rental payment is payable thirty (30) days before the start of the stay
- A security deposit of $ 400 is required at the time of booking and will be refunded in full after the complete inspection of the house if all the conditions and regulations of the contract have been respected.
Cancellation policy
The cancellation notice must be received a minimum of 30 days before the start of the stay. The security deposit will be refunded in full. However, the 50% reservation deposit is not refundable. If the cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days from the date of occupancy, the full rental amount will be claimed.
There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.
Tax
The tax of lodging of 3.5% / night will be added to the rental rate
