Our house stands on the hill and it has three levels.
It is ideal for writers, photographers, painters, nature-lovers who would like to have easy access to downtown Sherbrooke, North Hatley, Magog and Orford.
It would also fit well for a retired couple looking for a quiet and relaxing place.
A small family can also benefit from the place enjoying the big land, quietness and safety of being in a dead-end street.
The house can also help people who are just moving in the area or people who need to relocate for a month or two.
The kitchen and living area are located on the second floor that has a lot of sun and a big balcony, that we love to use starting in the early spring. Two bedrooms located on the ground level, next to each other.
The house can be rented for a minimum of one month.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has double size bed. The bathroom is connected to the master bedroom, but it also has a separate entrance.
Half below the ground are the 2nd bathroom and the yoga room that has a single mattress and can be used as a bedroom.
It has a big patio door and it's very bright in the day.
The neighbours are far enough to have a sense of privacy when we are on the land.
We love the location of this house. Within 6 min drive is North-Hatley Village, 15 minutes to the center of Sherbrooke, 15 min to Bishop university, 12 min to University of Sherbrooke, 6 min to Capilton mines, 3 min to Massavipi bicycle trail, 30 min to Orford ski center, 31 min to Foresta Lumina. Behind the house we do snowshoes and there are horse trails that we love to hike.
The development here is very friendly and spacious, all houses are beautiful and well-maintained, surrounded by nature.

The house can be rent only for a minimum of one month.
A rental contract must be signed for the reservation to be effective, we will send it to you following a reservation request.
Taxes (tps - 5% and tvq - 9.975%) as well as the tax on accommodation (3.5%) must be added to the prices displayed.
A deposit of 40% of the total rental amount will be requested upon booking.
Full payment must be paid 10 days before arrival.
The cancellation policy is included in the rental agreement and provides that for a cancellation with more than 30 days from the rental date, only the deposit amount will be retained by the landlord. For a cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the total amount of the rental will be retained by the landlord.
The CITQ is mandated by the Minister of Tourism of Quebec to administer the official classification of seven categories of tourist accommodation establishments. This establishment is visited by the CITQ every 24 months.
The classifier visits the establishment and, using hundreds of strict and objective criteria, rates:
- The quality of physical facilities (bedroom, bathroom, common areas, outside, etc.);
- Its appearance;
- Its cleanliness.
The classifier also looks at:
- Services offered;
- Certain environmental considerations.
