Payment options: personnal cheque (if reservation is made a minimum of 1 month before occupation date) certified cheque or money-order. 25 % deposit on reservation date, receipt of deposit confirms reservation. Deposit will not be returned if cancellation is within 30 days of occupation date. Balance and safety deposit (200 $) must be received a minimum of 14 days before occupations date.

The safety deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure after inspection.

Non-smoking. No pets allowed. Bed sheets and towels included. Noisy parties are not permitted. Sleeps 6 maximum. All roads and snowmobiles aren`t  permitted.

The CITQ is mandated by the Minister of Tourism of Quebec to administer the official classification of seven categories of tourist accommodation establishments. This establishment is visited by the CITQ every 24 months.

The classifier visits the establishment and, using hundreds of strict and objective criteria, rates:

• The quality of physical facilities (bedroom, bathroom, common areas, outside, etc.);
• Its appearance;
• Its cleanliness.

The classifier also looks at:

• Services offered;
• Certain environmental considerations.
