Le Peintre is a cottage offering a spectacular view of Grand Lac Brompton, located in the picturesque village of Saint-Denis de Brompton in the Eastern Townships.
Built in the second row from Lake Brompton, this cottage for rent, accommodating 10 people, is situated on a beautiful private grassy lot overlooking a wooded area. The interior of the cottage is fully equipped and offers a multitude of entertainment options for all ages. The front terrace will charm you with its view of the lake and magnificent sunsets. In the backyard, enjoy the private 4-season hot tub, BBQ, picnic table under a gazebo, and outdoor fireplace.
Within a 5-minute drive, swimming and sunbathing are available at Plage McKenzie. The public boat launch is located a few hundred meters away at Brasserie du Lac Brompton, where boat rentals are also offered. Not to mention, fishing is possible on this lake. The ATV and snowmobile trail is directly accessible next to the cottage.
From the cottage, you are only 20 minutes away from Magog, Sherbrooke, and Orford, three cities offering a multitude of sports, cultural, and culinary activities. Horseback riding, climbing, golfing, windsurfing, hiking, sliding, ice fishing, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing are just some of the easily accessible activities. During high season, our rates are more elevated.
To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
