Le Verbier - Pretty renovated unit, very clean and comfortable, with tasteful decoration in the quiet environment of Domaine des Cèdres in Orford.
Fully equipped (wifi, A/C), wood floor, 55" television, bluetooth speaker, recent furniture.
Open and friendly space with integrated kitchen / dining room and adjacent living room.
2+ 1 bedroom : 1 bedroom (queen bed) at the main level, 1 bedroom (double bed) at the 2nd level + 2 single beds in the open loft style area of the mezzanine (with desk for home office)
1 bathroom. Washer/dryer.
Beautiful furnished outdoor terrace with mountain view (seasonal sunset) and the pond.
Swimming pool and tennis court on the site of the co-ownership (seasonal).
Maximum 6 people.
NO ANIMALS. NO SMOKING.
High season (June to Septemver and Dec to March): minimum rental 4 months. Low season (April, May and Oct. Nov) monthly rental.
5 to 10 minutes from all activities and the city: bike paths, Mount Orford (skiing and hiking), SEPAQ, downtown Magog and Lake Memphremagog.
Obligation to respect the rules of co-ownership as part of the rental agreement.
