Description
SPRING 2024 teleworking and leisure: 1 to 3 months from March to May 2024. Country house in nature with wood fireplace in the dining room with open concept living room as well as a wood stove in the kitchen. Magical place to spend winter and spring under the splendor of the landscape!
Location: in North Hatley on the waterfront, view of the sunset and opposite at the Hovey Manor. In winter, you can walk on the lake to have lunch at the bistro Le Tap Room pub's Hovey Manor, or at the Pilsen Pub. Proximity: 5 minutes from the village of North Hatley (a grocery store, 4 restaurants) / 10 minutes from the Massawipi River cross-country ski trail / 12 minutes from the Sainte-Catherine-de-Hatley cross-country ski center / 20 minutes from Mont Orford / 50 minutes from Owl'head.
Spring period: 1 to 3 months from March to May 2024. To be discussed for arrival and departure dates!

Garden level floor: perfect for TELEWORK, large office space with 4 workstations offers a panoramic view, including a kitchenette, a bathroom, with gym and yoga area leading you to a secure exit to the in-ground swimming pool and a large terrace. Where everywhere you have a view of the sunny lake!
Architecture: rustic-contemporary style with natural and ecological materials. Contemporary furniture where white breathes through its walls and wLandscaping: terraces on 3 levels with 1 fire pit area near the lake in winter and summer with access to an other little house. « Beach house » that can be used as a lunch area with its terrace and deck chairs for beautiful sunny days in winter.
In summer, from May to November, heated salt pool 36 feet x 14 feet along the lake, surrounded by shrubs and flowers. Tuscany in Quebec! Magnificent long 45 foot dock towards the lake offering a 12 x15 platform with ladder crowned with superb contemporary furniture for relaxation. A second dock along the lake provides access to boats and water activities. Beautiful platforms for yoga.
Cost: Spring +/- $3,000 per month + fees. To discuss.
