At the cottage's footsteps kids can play and discover fauna and flora in the surrounding woods. It isn't rare to see deer past by on the land... Right in front of the cottage there's the perfect place to play "pétanque", badminton or beach volleyball.

The cottage has more than 3690 pi2 (343 m2) of living space which includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, 2 bathrooms, cuisine, salle à manger, salon, salle de jeu, 2 salles de bain and 5 bedrooms.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with dishwasher and wooden stove.
Sleeping
House can accommodate up to 12 guests. There are two queen beds, three double beds and two single beds. Bedding is included. Master bedroom is a huge loft with private terrace. a sofa-bed is also available.
Bathrooms
There is a shower in both bathrooms and a clawfoot bathtub on the 1st floor.
Heating
Radian floor and stove on ground floor. Electric baseboard and stove on first floor.

Located at only 1h20 from Montréal and 15 minutes from Sherbrooke and Magog. Close to Sherbrooke and Bishops universities.

Rates
Rates are based on an occupancy of 10 guests. A charge of 50$ per person per
night (pppn) will be applied on reservations with more than 10 guests.
Ask us for Christmas rates.
Additional fees will be applied on any reservation: cleaning (250$).
A security deposit of 1500$ is required for any reservation. The deposit will be return to guest 7 days after the end of last day of reservation.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is prohibited.
This property is located in a calm and peaceful environment. No parties or loud noise will be tolerated.
Arrivals after 4pm and departures before 11am.
Cancellation policy
A guest who cancels a reservation at least 30 days before their arrival will get 100% refund of amount paid. If reservation is cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the arrival, guest will receive a refund of 50%. Otherwise, no refund will be provided.
