On the second floor are 2 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and patio doors, as well as 1 fully-equipped bathroom and washer/dryer.

In the wintertime, the City of Magog builds a slide where young and old can go tobogganing, and there is an outdoor ice skating trail along Lake Memphrémagog. The condo is a 10-minute drive away from Mont Orford Ski Centre and Mont Orford National Park (winter hiking trails, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing).
