The Grey Cottage
8 person maximum, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 washroom.
Description
Beautiful contemporary cottage located in the midts of the forest, set back from the path, inside the Domaine Vertendre. Comfortable, clean and fully equipped, the chalet, recently built, can accommodate 8 people.
Superb brightness, open space on the ground floor offers large windows in the living room and dining room to immerse yourself in the outdoor environment as if you were there.
The cottage is located on the edge of a private hiking trail of 15 km leading to the Domaine's 2 lakes (10 and 15 minutes walk). You can practice hiking, river swimming, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or mountain biking.

BOOKING TERMS
• An amount equivalent to 40% of the cost of the rental is required at the time of booking. The balance of the rent is payable 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay.
• When booking less than 30 days before the start date, full payment is required.
• The Landlord accepts payments by interac.
• A security deposit of $ 300 is required prior to the start of the stay for monthly rentals ($ 500 for rentals greater than 1 month) and will be reimburse after an inspection of the cottage.
