PAYMENT TERMS:
Payments by check, Interac transfer or credit card accepted.
Cleaning fee $65. It costs $160, we cover the difference.
- A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract. Only receipt of this deposit will confirm your reservation.
- The balance as well as the security deposit of $200 must be received 30 days before the planned occupancy date.
- If canceled within 31 days prior to occupancy date, the 50% deposit will be refunded. However, an administration fee of $350.
- In case of cancellation, 21 days before the date of stay, no refund of the full amounts paid, but the security deposit will be refunded. In the event that we are able to rent the period you have reserved, the amounts paid will be refunded to you, with, however, an administration fee of $350.
- In case of cancellation, 14 days before the date of stay, no refund of the full amounts paid, but the security deposit will be refunded.
- After inspection of the premises, the security deposit of $200 (breakage or unsanitary conditions), which will be cashed 30 days before the occupancy date, will be returned to you by Interac transfer, within 42 hours following the end date of your stay .
RENTAL CONDITIONS
Non-smoking chalet. The presence of animals is prohibited inside and also outside the chalet. The tenant must ensure respect and cleanliness of the premises. Maximum of 8 people at any time on site. We accept no responsibility in the event of a fine or costs incurred during your stay. Failure to comply with the rental conditions will result in the cancellation of this contract, or charges deducted from the security deposit
