The chalet can accommodate 6 people. The place includes a closed bedroom on the first floor as well as a mezzanine where there are two beds, a King and a Queen.

COSTS:
Security deposit of $500, refundable up to 7 days after your departure. Cleaning fee $185 (add $75 for a pet)
BOOKING TERMS
For any reservation request, a rental guarantee deposit of 30% (non-refundable) of the total amount of the stay will be required.
Final payment (including the $500 security deposit) must be made 14 days before taking possession of the chalet.
LATE BOOKING:
In the case of a booking made less than thirty days before the rental period, full payment will be required upon booking. No credit for early departures.
MODIFICATION OF BOOKING
More than thirty (30) days before the arrival date:
The tenant may make, free of charge, a modification to his reservation (change of date, depending on availability) if the latter is made more than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
Less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date:
In the case of a cancellation made less than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival, a credit of 25% of the total value of the reservation will be applied to the total price of the reservation already paid.
More than (30) days before the arrival date:
In the case of a cancellation made more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be kept since it is not refundable.
Climatic conditions:
The manager assumes no responsibility with regard to a cancellation or modification of reservation which would be related to climatic conditions (temperature and condition of the roads, natural disaster, forest fire, floods, earthquakes, etc...)

The chalet is available from 3:00 p.m. Departure should be at 11 a.m.
