Beautiful chalet, very well equipped located near the village of Eastman. Access to the municipal beach of Lake Argent. Located on a landscaped lot to provide peace and tranquility. Its 3 seasons veranda will enchant you. Several equipment and games for children. An access to the lake is available a few minutes walk from the cottage to launch your light and non-motorized craft (ecological lake), and swimming is possible at the Eastman public beach only a 5 minutes drive from the cottage. (During winter, an AWD or SUV is highly recommended to access the cottage)

It is only minutes away from Magog and Orford.

Nearby you will find: Ski Mont-Orford, Golf Mont-Orford, Vineyard Le Cep d'Argent, Trails of the Estrie
