Enjoy your vacation in a wonderful chalet located near the ski center. This new construction is located in enchanting places and will provide you with the tranquility you are looking for. This country house is completely furnished and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. They each have a door that leads to the outdoor area. Upstairs, you will find the living area. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. During the cold season you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the magnificent fireplace. You also have access to two balconies. There is a bedroom upstairs that you can use as an office. Each bedroom has access to a full bathroom. For your comfort, you will find in the chalet wall-mounted air conditioning, gas fireplace, bedding, bath towels, dishes, Nespresso coffee maker, washer-dryer, dishwasher and a gas BBQ.
The location allows you to practice several activities for all tastes (hiking, canoeing, cycling, tennis, skiing, snowshoeing, hockey, etc.). Hikers will be charmed by the magnificent view of the region. You can access Missisquoi Park and the green route (estriade bike path) located nearby. The Cherry River hiking trail and Lake Memphremagog are located a few kilometers from the country house.
The house is located about 7 minutes from Eastman and 15 minutes from Magog. You can find everything you need there: Restaurants, grocery stores, shops and more.
The private beach of Lac Nick is located about 1 km from the chalet. It is possible to practice water activities such as windsurfing, paddleboarding, canoeing, pedal boating, kayaking, swimming, etc. However, gasoline engines are prohibited. Lake Nick is an ecological lake.
The country house is located near the ski centers, about 20 minutes from Bromont, 15 minutes from Owl's Head, 20 minutes from Sutton and 10 minutes from Orford.
You can treat yourself to a moment of relaxation at the Spa des Chutes de Bolton or the Spa Eastman. You can also book tickets for shows at the Vieux Clocher of Magog or enjoy the plays of the summer theater at Eastman
