Located in the Eastern Townships, only few minutes away from the SPA Bolton (relaxing), Missisquoi River (canoeing), Saint-Benoît-du-Lac (Memphremagog Lake marina), lakes (orford Lake is our favourite because the water is so clear) or the Mountains of Owl's Head, Orford, Bromont or Sutton (skiing or hiking).
Road from Montreal 1:20 (10 minutes from exit 106 of the Highway 10), 20 minutes from Magog, 30 minutes from Sherbrooke or Knowlton (Lac Brome), 10 minutes from Eastman and 05 minutes from the Spa Bolton.

Amenities included: superior quality linens (duck pillow and duvet), towels (except beach towels), all equiped kitchen, washer-dryer, dishwasher ... and also, raclette grill, fondue and waffles maker ....

Winter : snow removal and wood included.

4th night no charge
225 $ per night, from Sunday to Thursday
250 $ the night, on Friday or on Saturday
Deposit is required at the reservation + a security deposit of $500.00 to address damage to the propety if any. This security damage will be refunded if no damage according to our policies.
100$ cleaning fee per stay
Final payment 7 days before the arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or departure (the security deposit is refundable).
A document with all our policies will be transmitted to you upon your reservation.
