Just steps from the Old Town of Bromont with its small restaurants and cozy cafés , near the Eastern Townships Eastern Townships , located between Granby, Knowlton and the wine route . This exceptional home, leaning against a pretty wooded area faces the Club du Vieux Village golf and enjoys an outstanding environment and more intimate .
This unique and enchanting area offers a magnificent house on three floors flooded with light through its many windows giving the impression of living in nature.
It is embellished with a beautiful heated inground pool and is surrounded by a lovely lush vegetation.
This house has very spacious , reinforcing the character and magic of the place , it offers a very nice ground floor, a beautiful kitchen with dinette, a separate dining room , lounge with fireplace and a room with pool table and ping pong table.
On the second floor we find a master bedroom with ensuite overlooking another room. And two further bedrooms each with its private bath .
On the third floor there are two large bedrooms with private bathrooms .
In the basement , there is a TV room with a sofa bed and a games room for children.
This charming home comfortably with 6 bedrooms and a small living room (2 king beds , 4 queen beds and 1 double bed), 14 adults and can accommodate a maximum of 16 people ( if you bring mattresses and bedding for children)
