Booking conditions 2023
- By booking at Domaine Yamaska you agree to comply with our health rules in connection with Covid-19.
- A deposit of $ 200 taxes included is taken to confirm the reservation. The $ 200 deposit is non-refundable.
- The balance of the total amount with taxes is payable on arrival.
- The chalets are ready only at 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. The chalets are entirely non-smoking.
- Accommodation taxes, GST and QST are not included on the prices displayed on the site.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions 2023
- COVID-19: NO DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED. STAYS ARE PUSHED UP TO LATER.
- More than 15 days before your arrival date, you will be able to postpone your stay. The initial deposit will be used as confirmation of reservation. Warning ! You will have a maximum of 45 days to resume your stay. Otherwise, the total amount, planned for your stay, will be debited from your credit card.
-Less than 15 days before your arrival date, no cancellation and no modification of stay will be accepted. The total amount, planned for your stay, will be debited from your credit card.
- In no case will the $ 200 deposit be refunded (included covid-19).
- During your stay, no cancellation or modification of your stay will be refunded.
- Client missing on the day of arrival: the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
