Le Rassembleur is specially designed for groups wanting some privacy while having the opportunity to meet for dinners and parties. Divided into 2 condos with 2 floors, the chalet has 4 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms with 2 large stone fireplaces and 2 bathrooms.
Two interior French doors open to convert the 2 condos into a friendly and comfortable chalet. It has a large balcony 12 'X 30' with 1 gas BBQ and 2 patio sets. It is located at the entrance to the main site and a total area of 1800 square feet.
The two superior condos are identical. They each have on the second floor, a spacious kitchen, dining room and open plan lounge with a large field stone fireplace and old beams. At ground level, there are 2 closed bedrooms and bathroom with bath / shower.

The Brome-Missisquoi region, made up of 20 municipalities, is full of curves, with its hills and valleys, crisscrossed by numerous waterways and large forests and scattered with orchards, vineyards and farms. Its fertile land is home to 16 wineries, and is the birthplace of winemaking in Quebec. A marked Wine Route passes through many of its towns and villages.
