Beautiful chalet directly on the shore of Lac Brome, with private dock for the summer and for winter, 15 or 30 minutes from Ski Bromont, Sutton, Owl Head and Orford.
Why not, a second house for 2-3 months in the summer and 2-3 months in the winter?
Lower unit of a duplex. 4 1/2 well equipped and decorated by the sea and with a beautiful terrace, table and BBQ.
2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available and with de bicycle piste just In front the chalet.
Located on the wine route and 5 minutes from the Léon Courville vineyard and 30 min. from Granby Zoo.
Also nearby, the beautiful village historique of Knowlton, the Brome Lake Duck shop, historical museum and an excellent Indian restaurant : Chez moi chez toi.
Rules of the house;
1) please respect the no-smoke place (15 Meter)
2) If a pet accepted, for lower unit, all the pi and poo have to make out off the grass, then you have to go walk with him
3) respect no nuise place for the nebour and
4) at the end, replace the house like you receive it! (fournitures, dishes, trash)
