LAKESIDE nice 4 seasons cottage in Dunham on the wildest part of Lake Selby at 1 hour distance from Champlain bridge.
Renovated to accomodate 4 persons, La Maison du Lac will seduce you with its amenities, quietness and the beauty of its surroundings
With abundant windows with view on the lake, the kitchen, the dining and living area are open space that create a convivial atmosphere reinforced by the presence of slow-burning fire place.
On the same level, there is a fully-equipped bathroom and two closed bedrooms, one with a queensize bed and the other with twin beds convertible in a kingsize bed. All the bedding is furnished.
There is a futon on the mezzanine that can be use as a rest room, a boudoir or a children's playroom.
Outside, a fire place with garden furniture, 2 picnic tables, a BBQ, a wharf and a variety of boats (kayaks, canoe, pedal boat) are at your disposal to enjoy aquatic pleasures in addition to swimming and fishing.
During winter, all activities and sports associated to the season are accessible from La Maison du Lac or nearby : snowshoeing, cross-country and alpin skiing, skating... Ski mountains are : Sutton (24km), Bromont (37km), Jay Peak's (45km), Owl's Head (58km).

La Route des Vins (Wine route) most of the 20 vineyards of La Route des Vins are at range of lest than 15km (10 miles) of our cottage. With the world renowned cideries of Frelighsburg, you may create yourselves, a tasting escapade very sympathetic to discover our pretty surrounding.
The Townships Trail lets you discover the Eastern Townships differently. It highlights the built and natural heritage of the Eastern Townships along a 418km marked tourist route.
Local Gastronomy will delight the most gourmets. In addition to «La Clé des champs » an exibition in Dunham of fine local food, wines, liquors and arts producers in June, you may provide yourselves in local growth food in Farmers' markets, fine stores, bakeries, artisanal cheese dairies, farms... All those local products to tast on site, in the restaurants or to cook at the cottage...
Art and Cultural events like Le Tour des Arts, Le Festiv'Art, La Tournée des 20, Sutton Jazz and Blues Festivals will be enjoyed by the Art and Culture lovers as much as the galleries and workshops of artists and craftsmen of almost all the villages of EasternTownships.
