Description
Come and enjoy this cottage on the shores of Trois-Lacs in Val-des-Source. Located 45 minutes from Sherbrooke and 1 hour from Trois-Rivières or Drummondville, it can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. You will have the perfect location to admire the beautiful sunsets or sail on the lakes by canoe, kayak, pedal boat or your own boat (navigable with motorized boat). A SPA was installed in the fall of 2022.
Also, the municipal beach and the hunting and fishing club are less than 5 minutes walk.
A long dock will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the lake with a glass of wine at sunset. The location is safe as the water is shallow in front of the cottage. For fishing enthusiasts, you will be able to catch pike, walleye, bass, yellow perch and others.
This large intimate lot, bordered by a hedge on one side and a vacant lot on the other, is decorated with a swing, patio table, BBQ and a fire to enjoy the beautiful evenings. For less mild days, TV with cable, Wifi and foot table are available inside.
The cottage has a dining room and living room with lake view, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath shower and a laundry room. There is also air conditioning and a sofa bed in the living room. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a small balcony with lake view. The second has a queen bed, a single bunk bed and a pull-out single bed. There is also possibility of 2 places on a sofa bed in the living room.
Note that the presence of aquatic plants is more important in August.

RENTAL
The base rate is for 5 people, at least 21 years old. There is a $50 fee for each additional person. The maximum number of people accepted is 8.
For a booking request, a rental contract will be sent to you for all the details.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of $500 is required at the same time as the payment of the balance, i.e. the day before the stay. This deposit will be refunded within one week of the end of the stay if no breakage, damage or uncleanliness was observed during the inspection. In addition, this deposit could also be retained in case of non-compliance with one of the regulations of this contract.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $75 administration fee.
If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 60 days before your arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded or granted as a credit for a rental within the following 6 months.
If you have to cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your arrival, the deposit will be fully retained.
