What to do and what not to do:
We ask our guests to return the house to the state of cleanliness that you received it (dishes washed, fridge and stove cleaned and to dispose of the bins as well as the recovery whose bins are in the parking lot.

there is no need to bring bottles of water our water is excellent
Smoking is prohibited in the house.
Any breakage will be at your expense
Fire pit: A certain amount of wood is at your disposal for the fire stove during your stay, we suggest you bring either matches or a lighter as well as newspaper and small wood to start the fire. (Some of our customers use it as fuel)
Telephone and T.V: The cellular signal is weak and better on the upper floors, otherwise you can use the telephone at home. There is no code for WIFI, connection is automatic. There is a smart TV, we don't have cable but access to Netflix and othe
