Built in 1891, L'Espace du Carmel was, before becoming a tourist residence, the Danville Academy, and later the Belle-Croix monastery. L'Espace du Carmel is the culmination of a meticulous renovation that perpetuates access to an amazingly intimate and unique place in the heart of the charming village of Danville, in the Eastern Townships.
Two large common areas gathering lounge and relaxation area and reception room are ready to accommodate your group. The reception room can be used as a dining room, but also as a meeting room. This room is also equipped with a projector. A kitchen is at your disposal; whether it's serving an intimate cocktail or preparing a meal-trainer, the equipment is on point. With 23 bedrooms equipped with full bedding and 12 bathrooms, the property can sleep 57 people. Decorated with care, the rooms with pure and simple lines evoke modernity and tradition. Several objects and decorative elements of the convent have been preserved.
