Description
THE HOUSE OF THE OLD WAY
century-old farmhouse located in St-Philemon in the river Pine. It can accommodate up to 8 people, whether simply to rest or practice your outdoor activities. Enjoy an area of 250 acres; whether for fishing, swimming and walking. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, cross country skiing off-piste and enjoy a refuge.
The house is located at the southern end of the village of St-Philemon. A few kilometers from the house, there is the Regional Park of South Massif, the Tourist station Massif du Sud, the Appalaches Lodge Spa and the Cycloroute Bellechasse. For snowmobile enthusiasts, trail access is done on the farm.
The interior offers a ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a living room and open-plan dinner including a wood stove, a bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 dormitory with 1 double and 2 single beds and a bathroom.
The house in Old Road offers WIFI service, board games, books and many other amenities to make your stay enjoyable.
