Beautiful house directly on the banks of the St. Lawrence River with stunning views of Ile d'Orléans and the Laurentian mountains. Located in the village of Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse, the village is ranked among the most beautiful in Quebec. You will be just 20 minutes away from Lévis and the Québec-City region through highway 20 (at 5 min.)
Abundant windows allow great light and view of spectacular sunsets. An ideal place to visit Old-Quebec and the entire Quebec City region, this home is peaceful and inspiring. Furnished and tastefully decorated, it will be your haven of peace.
You will be only 20 minutes away from all amenities in the city of Lévis and only 30 minutes from Old Quebec-City by ferry.
In winter, the riverbanks, directly accessible, are ideal for ski-bottoming and snowshoeing. In addition, the ski slopes of the Massif du Sud as well as those in the Quebec City and Charlevoix regions are not far away.
The residence can comfortably accommodate four (4) people. It has two bedrooms including one with a king size bed and walk-in closet and one with a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the dining room as well as the open-plan living room.
There is also a luxurious bathroom, a full laundry room (washer/dryer), a powder room and a well-equipped office room (which includes a retractable double bed!) A large multi-level terrace with a barbecue allows you to enjoy the beautiful landscape that the river offers.
