Come and admire some of the most beautiful sunset in the province! Short-term one bedroom rental condo directly on the banks of the St-Lawrence River.
The condo is very well equipped: Full kitchen with dishwasher, ustensils, crockery, fondue stove, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Bedding end towels are provided. There is also a washer and dryer, TV and cable, high speed internet , wifi, etc... We also have the possibility to set up two teleworking spaces. (Must be mentioned at the time of booking) In short, all that remains is to bring your suitcases! We have board games and books for rainy days.
In addition of the wonderful sunsets, you will literally live with white geese, in season. You can admire all this from the inside to the living room, outside on on the intimate terrace of the condo on the 3 rd floor or directly on the stike!
Not to mention that you have common outdoor amenties such as BBQ, pergolas and chairs, and in the evening, if the temperature allows, fires on the beach and the fireplace on the ground.

- prices are based on double occupancy. $50 per additional person, per night. Maximum 2 additional people.
Cancellation policy:
The 50% deposit is refundable if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the occupancy date. However, an administrative fee of $75.00 will be charged. If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days before the occupancy date, and we are able to rebook the same period, we will refund your deposit less the administrative fee of $75.00. If the cancellation reaches us less than 7 days before the arrival date, your deposit is not refunded.
There is no refund if you cancel, in part or in full, during your stay. If unable to travel due to COVID or other pandemics decreed by government authorities, the deposit will be refunded.
