COTTAGE RENTAL - À LA STELLA MARIS
This great cottage for rent, located in Beaulac-Garthby, is notable for its large lot and direct access to Lake Aylmer. This place is perfect for a meeting with family or friends. With all the activities possible at this cottage and in the surrounding area, everyone will find something fun to do.
The yard is ideal for practicing all kinds of team sports during your stay. Children will be able to run and play as they please! On hot summer days, the lake invites to water activities. A dock is at your disposal if you bring your own motorboat. You can put it in the water at one of the public slopes of the lake, or at the marina of the village. On site, you will find 2 kayaks as well as a row boat and a pedal boat to explore the lake or for a small fishing trip. The fishing is good, with several species of fish, including walleye, yellow perch and pike. The entrance to the water is gradual, gently sloping from the grassy yard. Take note that the bottom of the water, on the shores of the lake may be muddy in places.
After a busy day, relax in the gardens or on the terrace, sit comfortably while enjoying the lake view. You can prepare your meals on the BBQ and enjoy the outdoors at the same time. A private 4-season hot tub and an outdoor fireplace with wood provided will await you in the evening, hoping that the sky is clear for you to admire the stars!

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
This large holiday home can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 12 people. The living and dining rooms are open concept and offer views of the lake and the yard. The fully glazed room at the end of the house is a nice relaxing place to relax with the view of the lake and the sun entering through the large windows. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you to prepare your group meals. From the ground floor, you have access to the garage where there is a huge game room with pool tables and babyfoot. Another play room is in the basement, where you have a game of Shefford Board and an 8th room that can be used as a bedroom.
The 4 main bedrooms are all upstairs. The whole is completed with 3 bathrooms and a half-bathroom.
Ground floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace / 2nd living room with bay windows / 1 half-bathroom with washer and dryer
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 Queen beds / 1 bedroom with 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed / 1 bedroom with Queen bed and a bathroom / 1 bathroom with shower.
Attached garage: Game room with pool table and babyfoot table.
Lower floor: Room with Shefford Board game / 1 bathroom
