Beautiful 4 seasons cottage for rent located in the Charlevoix region in the beautiful village of Saint-Simeon with a magnificent view of the St-Laurent river and passing whales, porpoises, seals and belugas of May at least October. We are located in front of the fleuve St-Lawrence +- 400 hundred feets. 4 star with all amenities. CITQ #222474.
This home offers all services for up to 6 people in comfort. Interior decorated with taste and finesse to create a warm environment with mezzanine overlooking the living room to create a relaxing atmosphere as well as a fireplace to warm you up afler a winter activity. The cottage has a full bathroom and a water room.
Very nice place for alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking in beautiful parks and ski resorts.
The sandy beach is a 5 minute walk. This beach is among the 10 most beautiful beach of Quebec. Services are nearby: groceries, gas, pharmacy, SAQ, ferry to Rivière-du-Loup.
