Captain's house where we see, hear and feel the sea constantly, according to the tides.
Large front gallery overlooking a landscaped grassy area. Typical interior of a traditional house. Warm and pleasant atmosphere.
Land bordering the beach, salt water, in front of Île-aux-Coudres, next to the Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rive wharf where the ferry for the Island docks, boarding is free for pedestrians and automobiles, 500 feet walk. The ferry is managed by the Société des traversiers du Québec. Cycling around the Island (24 km) is a must. The same goes for the snowmobile trail in winter.
On foot, at low tide, walk on the sand to the Maritime Museum of Charlevoix, walking trail along the river, St-Gilles paper mill.
Near the artisan bakery, the Les Santons boutique.
Twenty-five minutes from two ski centers, Le Massif de Petite-Rivière-Saint-François to the west and Le Mont Grand-Fonds (La Malbaie) to the east.
Two snowmobile trails accessible from the house, one of which links the Charlevoix network and another on Île-aux-Coudres by ferry.

An amount equivalent to 25% of the total amount of the stay is payable at the signing of the contract, which will be sent by email, in order to guarantee the reservation, and the residual amount is payable one month before the date of arrival.
The payment guaranteeing the reservation is not refundable.
