PRICES and REGULATIONS
- More than thirty (30) days before the arrival date: a cancellation, complete or partial, made by the tenant, more than thirty (30) days before the scheduled arrival date, for whatever reason, is possible.
- The 30% deposit is not refunded.
- In the event of force majeure (hospitalization or serious accident), within 30 days prior to the rental, cancellation of the rental will incur a charge of 20% of the total amount.
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Arrival from 4 p.m. and departure at 11 a.m.
- The lessor undertakes to deliver the chalet to the tenant in a good state of cleanliness and the tenant undertakes to maintain the premises in the same condition as it was upon arrival. The lessor reserves the right to claim costs for the replacement of equipment stolen or damaged during the rental period and the tenant undertakes to compensate the lessor for the amount of damage estimated by the latter.
- It is the tenant's responsibility to respect the maximum number of occupants indicated in this contract, otherwise the lessor reserves the right to interrupt the rental period (without reimbursement).
- The tenant acknowledges the good condition and proper functioning of the premises and equipment made available to him in the chalet. In the event of breakage or defects, the tenant undertakes to immediately notify the lessor, failing which, the breakage and defects will be presumed to be the responsibility of the tenant.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the chalet.
- The lessors assume no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings on the site.
- Any music or noise that can be heard at the edge of the field is prohibited, particularly during the curfew between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Reminder before departure:
- Put used towels in the shower.
- Remove used bed sheets and pillowcases and place them in the bathroom basket.
- Turn off the lights, fireplace and air conditioning.
- Clean the dishes / start the dishwasher.
- Empty the refrigerator and pantry.
- Place waste and recycling outside in the bins.
- Return the chalet to the same condition as when you arrived.
