10 minutes from Baie St-Paul for its small shops and restaurants, and 15 minutes from the superb Massif de Charlevoix for nature and the view of the St. Lawrence River!
Choosing LIV means choosing a luxury stay in the heart of nature. Built in 2021, the LIV will charm you with its modernism and its green side.
You can enjoy the view of the forest from the covered terrace located upstairs or through the large windows in the main room!
The upstairs is the perfect place for all occasions, whether it is to cook up a meal in the spacious kitchen with a 10-foot island, for a dinner with friends around the dining table that seats 12 people or to relax in the living room on the sofa facing the superb wood fireplace!
On the ground floor, a family room awaits with a double sofa bed and you where you can enjoy the 50-inch smart TV, a babyfoot table for your frenzied tournaments and access to the spa.
Outside the property, you will find plenty of secure storage for your skis or mountain bikes. You will also have access to the covered spa, the outdoor fireplace and the charging station for electric vehicles.
