Add 17.975 % taxes to the posted rates as follow:
3% Quebec lodging tax, 5% GST; 9.975% TVQ;
Damage deposit of $1,000 required, returned 7 days after departure, provided no damages or missing inventory items in the residence.
Check-in time is 5 pm and check-out time is 11 am at the latest.
30% deposit of rental fees required to hold the dates; 70% remainder due 30 days before arrival. Booking made less than 30 days before arrival date require 100% of the rental fees. Payments accepted by credit cards only.
Minimum age of 30 years old to rent.
All cancellation must be done by email letter to the owner. If the cancellation is received more than 30 days before the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be kept as damage and interest. If cancellation is received less than 30 days before the arrival date, all amount paid will be kept. In either case of cancellation, the damage deposit will be returned.
All payments made with a valid credit card.
30% of the full rental cost + including taxes due to book dates. 70% remainder due 30 days before check-in date. Damage deposit due 7 days before arrival date and returned 7 days after departure date.
