Description
Luxuous chalet that you will be impressed by the structural beams combining the very chic ans the rustic, moreover, youu will be enchanted by a unique view of the Massif of Charlevoix and the St-Lawrence River.
A cathedrale ceiling of 30 feet occupies the living room, and carries on 20 feet for alle other rooms upstairs. It is beautifully designed to accomodate10 people with living rooms, one on the ground floor, and one on the garden floor with plasma televisions of 50 and 60 inches. A spacious dining roome with a large table for 12 people will be enjoyed for your guests and also, an outdoor living room with a cathedral ceiling and fitted screens for a warm dining overlooking the river as well! Granite tops, wood cabinets in the kitchen and the bathrooms are an addition to the charm of this somptuous house. we do not have to forget the luxury hot tub in the shelter-deck semi-closed, the indoor and outdoor fire, 2 refrigerators, central air conditionning and the computer station. All these are provided to you. Signataire of the leasing agreement must be 30 years old.
A unique caracteristic is that every wall, floor and door of the house is isolated for noise to maximise the intimity. Everything is there for a successfull stay that you won't soon forget.
