The Villa Érika is a beautiful little house built in 2016, on a plot of over 45,000 sq. Ft., Located in the heart of the Charlevoix Estate and its nature park. It is furnished with care and taste to make your stay more comfortable. It can easily accommodate 4 people with its 2 bedrooms with Queen beds. 5 minutes from downtown Baie-Saint-Paul and 20 minutes from the Massif, you will have access to the treasures that the region of Charlevoix offers.
The villa Erika offers you a lot:
Spa housing 4 people at a time, closed terrace with mosquito net, BBQ available year-round, complete bedding and towels, appliances and all the necessary to cook. the villa is now air-conditioned, for more comfort in summer as in winter.
The villa is located on private land with picnic table and space to make a small fire. In addition, a charging station for electric vehicles is at your disposal.
We are close to a park with play modules and a children's playhouse, benches, tables and a space to make a group fire. Bring your petanque and iron games, our facilities offer you all the necessary space!
Also, those who enjoy walking in the forest, you have access to trails in our large nature park Laure-Conan.
