VILLA CHARLOTTE
The place is perfect to comfortably accommodate 4 adults and two children with its three bedrooms with two beds.
"queen" and a double bed. The master bedroom has its own television for the enjoyment of guests or their little ones.
The comfort of visitors is a priority for us. The villa is largely fenestrated and has an interior finish entirely of wood for a warm atmosphere. You will be charmed by the open and very bright central room including the kitchen, dining room, an island and the living room. A place thought and designed for moments of pure happiness in good company.
Located in the heart of the Domaine Charlevoix forest and its trails, the large wooded lot offers a lot of privacy. A 4-season spa is accessible from the terrace. Spa, terrace, gas fireplace, board games and trails in the forest are some examples of the advantages of Villa Charlotte.
In winter, bring your snowshoes and explore nature directly from the Villa via our private trail.
The Domaine is accessible by the main road (362) and you will find yourself 5 minutes from the terraces, shops and the beach of Baie-Saint-Paul. Saint-Irénée is also 20 minutes away on this panoramic road along the river. In winter, you will be 20 minutes from the Massif de Charlevoix (Petite-Rivière-Saint-François) to quickly return to warm up in the comfort of the spa or by the fireplace.
Don't worry about the cold beer when you arrive, we're the ones offering it by encouraging the region's microbrewer :)

PRICE: The prices displayed are BASIC. The price sent following your request will take into account the period, the number of people and nights but will be final and without surprises. Taxes (lodging, GST & QST) and cleaning will be included in my email responses.
