Chalet at Lac Nicolet located on the edge of the Eastern Townships in a quiet and discreet environment 50 minutes from Sherbrooke and Victoriaville. This place will appeal to nature lovers and families thanks to the quality of the water, its large grounds and the surrounding woodland.

This 4 season cottage, at Lac Nicolet in St-Martyrs Canadiens, has a beautiful 240 foot long access to the lake which is navigable and dedicated to a remarkable quality of water, ideal for swimming. Located very close to the water, this chalet has 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate 8 people.

The ground floor includes a dining room, a bathroom with shower, a living room with breathtaking views of the lake as well as a gallery and covered veranda at the back of the chalet which allows you to admire remarkable sunsets. Sun! Upstairs are three bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The rental includes a BBQ, an outdoor table, the ponthouse with gangway allowing the mooring of boats and sunbathing, two kayaks and a canoe.
