At any season, come and enjoy our cottage Le Nénuphar, located directly on the edge of the Trois-Lacs, in St-Rémi-de-Tingwick. With its big yard on the shores of the water, this cottage invites to water activities and fishing. Let yourself be tempted and go fishing, you might catch walleye, yellow perch and bass. We also leave 6 kayaks at your disposal to allow you to explore the lake in groups. Swimming is also possible, access to the water is gently sloping, but the bottom can be muddy in places.
In order to make the most of your stay in this chalet, a private 4-season hot tub is at your disposal. Enjoy the furnished courtyard equipped with a BBQ to prepare your meals. Guests can enjoy their meals outside, with views on the lake.
A host of activities are within your reach in the area. For golf lovers, you are only a few minutes of drive away from the Royal Estrie Golf Course. In winter, the golf course is used for cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails. Just 15 minutes from the cottage is also Mount Gleason, the perfect place to take your family skiing and sliding in their tubing trails. Ice fishing is also very popular at this lake.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES
All the rooms in this cottage for rent are on the ground floor. Note, however, that there are 3-4 steps between certain rooms in the house. You will find a large kitchen overlooking the dining room with a wood stove. From the dining room, you also have a patio door for access to the terrace and its hot tub. The living room, equipped with a fireplace, also communicates with the dining room. There is cable TV, and you can enjoy the view of the lake at any time, thanks to the large windows.
The property includes 3 closed bedrooms, all with 2 beds. A bathroom with bath and separate shower and a bathroom complete this cottage.
