Summary

Beautiful chalet located at 1040, rue Principale in St-Ferdinand, Quebec, completely renovated in 2024 with its view of Lake William and a few steps from the St-Ferdinand Marina (in central Quebec).

Unique concept where the interior and exterior are one with its garage converted into a large living room with its view of the rear terrace, including a wood stove (wood included) and a games table with a variety of board games. There is another more intimate living room, including a small electric fireplace and a double sofa bed.

Beautiful large outdoor terrace built in 2024 with 4-season spa, BBQ, outdoor fireplace, hammock and a large table that can accommodate 10 people.

The chalet also includes 2 bathrooms, 2 kayaks, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, complete bedding (sheets, comforters, pillows for 10 beds), bath and spa towels, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge, stove, dishes, kitchen items such as microwave air fryer, fondue oven, coffee maker and coffee, tea, herbal teas included, several spices and basic condiments included.

Can sleep 10 people: 3 bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed and single folding mattresses.
