Establishing policies

In high season period, rentals start on Sundays 16h end on Friday at noon (5 ights) and Sunday at 10h am. (7 nights).

In low season period, rentals times may vary. Contact us to see our availability.

PAYMENT

The reservation is confirmed only on receipt of 50% deposit. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.

1) Payment by check, bank transfer or Paypal: return to the same consignment herein signed with the two installments (1 as of today, post-dated 30 days before the start of the second stay).
2) A deposit of $ 300.00 is required by check will be cashed in case of breakage or other. The check will be destroyed or returned once the inspection done after your rental, we ask that you allow us 2 weeks.
Warning: You agree to restore the site to a clean state. We reserve the right to charge any costs incurred to repair the damage caused to the property by your negligence or BAD LUCK. The commitment may exceed your $ 300 security deposit

The classifier visits the establishment and, using hundreds of strict and objective criteria, rates:

• The quality of physical facilities (bedroom, bathroom, common areas, outside, etc.);
• Its appearance;
• Its cleanliness.

The classifier also looks at:

• Services offered;
• Certain environmental considerations.
