Description
Shelter from all eyes with its focus directed exclusively towards the sea, fully equipped cottage fixed borders the St. Lawrence River where you can dive body and soul to replenish energy. The sun rises on the Pointe Santerre and sets over the Bic Island is sure to captivate you and the lapping waves will charm you.
Always in our desire to respect the principles of sustainable development, inside the cottage, which measures 18 x 22 feet (40 m²), consists of materials from regional companies. In the serene and warm (cedar walls, floors larch and pine ceiling), "the think-tank" can accommodate up to 6 people, everything needed included therein, namely:
- propane stove
- electrical heaters and heater
- fridge
- bathroom with sink, shower and toilet
- main chamber with double bed
- bedroom with two bunk beds
- sofa bed for two in the main room
- full bedding
- dishes, kitchen utensils and everything you need to cook
- Picnic table
- Gas BBQ (surcharge)
- Charging terminal for electric vehicle at home (240v/30 amp)
Also available, 5 ecological chalets on wheels for 1 to 4 people located on the same ground a few steps from the St. Lawrence River. Daily rental (minimum 2 nights).
