General booking conditions
The clauses contained in this document constitute the contract between Vieux Loup De Mer and the holder, who must be aged 18 and over at the time of making the reservation.
Reservation, first payment and final payment: For any reservation request, a first payment, representing 50% of the total amount including applicable taxes (Accommodation tax, GST and QST), will be required. The final payment must be made upon arrival, at the time of the rental period.
Confirmation and method of payment: The reservation will be confirmed at the time the payment by credit card, Visa and / or Master Card has been previously authorized by the credit company.
Late Booking: In the case of a booking made less than ten (10) days prior to the rental period, full payment by credit card or cash will be required.
Cancellation more than fifteen (15) days before the reservation date: In the case of a cancellation or partial cancellation made by the holder of the reservation, more than fifteen (15) days before the reservation date for any reason whatsoever Or a 50% charge on the first payment will be withheld and the balance will be refunded to the holder.
Cancellation less than fifteen (15) days before the reservation date: In case of cancellation, complete or partial, made by the holder of the reservation, less than fifteen (15) days before the date of the reservation, , For whatever reason, the entire first payment will be withheld. For a cancellation or modification, complete or partial, for whatever reason, carried out by the holder of the reservation, less than 48 hours from the date of the beginning of the reservation, the total amount of the reservation will be required . This same policy will also apply in the case of a no-show, the day of the beginning of the reservation.
Modification of reservation: The holder of the reservation will be able to make, without charge, a modification to his reservation if the reservation is made more than fifteen (15) days before the date of the reservation. In the case of a modification made less than fifteen (15) days before the date of the reservation, the modification will be treated according to the cancellation modalities already listed in this contract. No change may be made less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of booking.
At the Refuge du Vieux Loup de Mer inc. Does not assume any responsibility for cancellation or modification of reservation that is linked to environmental conditions (temperature and condition of roads, natural disaster, forest fire, flooding, etc.).
Respect of places: It is the responsibility of the holder of the reservation to leave the premises in a clean and welcoming state. At the Refuge du Vieux Loup de Mer inc. Reserves the right to claim monetary compensation for the replacement of missing or damaged equipment during the rental period.
Respect of the maximum capacity of occupants per unit of rental: It is the responsibility of the holder of the reservation to respect the maximum number of occupants for each rental unit, without which At the Refuge du Vieux Loup de Mer inc. Reserves the right to interrupt the rental period (without refund) or to charge an additional amount per additional person, if the building permits.
Presence of pets on the site: Au Refuge du Vieux Loup de Mer inc. Prohibits, at all times, the presence of domestic animals inside the buildings and on the outside site of the company.
Curfew: In order to offer all our visitors an environment conducive to tranquility and rest, we kindly ask you to stop all outdoor activities from 10pm onwards.
Validity: The validity of this contract expires on December 31, 2023 and may be modified without prior notice.
