These units can accommodate 2 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children under 5 years old only in maisonettes 4 6 and 7).

Fully furnished, equipped and decorated. Magnificent rustic adjoining bathroom. Country interior finish with pine planks. Air conditioner. Private picnic table outside, access to the beach (nautical area) for occupants of the rented unit.

Faux wood and ceramic floors, non-cabled wall-mounted TV (Roku available - connect your smart phone or Apple TV). Free WiFi and throughout the territory of the maisonettes (without password). Intimate outdoor area and view towards the lake. A Keurig coffee maker is available to you during your stay (Capsules not included).

Located 2 hours east of the Québec bridges, towards Rivière-du-Loup, this wild valley in which the waters of a splendid lake shimmer (Pohénégamook) is the ideal place for the practice of a multitude relaxation / outdoor activities and relaxation, depending on the season and periods of operation. In winter, you can rub shoulders with an impressive ravage of some five hundred deer.

The following items are not included: BBQ, fondue pan, paper towels, hand soaps. These last additions to the to-pack list (such as shampoos, personal products, foil / plastic wrap, etc.).

- Dog or cat allowed (max total weight 25 pounds; including all animals) / Maximum of 2 animals per unit (2 dogs, 1 dog and 1 cat or 2 cats)
- Proof of vaccine may be required
- Do not wash your pet (s) inside the unit
- Even if your dog / cat usually sleeps with you, this is prohibited in our units.
- Policies to follow

Dogs must be kept on a leash on site at all times.
If you must leave your animal alone in the accommodation, it must be caged so that staff (if necessary in an emergency) can move around freely, without risk.

As the owner of the animal, you are financially responsible for the damage caused by it. Beds and sofas must not be used by your pet at any time. A charge of $ 25 + taxes will apply for each piece of bedding and upholstery that will require specific cleaning.
Clean behind your animal (s), leaving no trace of its passage, neither inside nor around the housing.
You must limit your dog's barking at all times so as not to disturb customers.
Management reserves the right to revoke your pet's right of residence if one or more of the above policies are not followed.

How to make a reservation?

A deposit of 30% of the rental amount will be due at the time of booking
The balance of your reservation will be debited from your credit card 30 days before your arrival in the chalet

Rental conditions

The signatory of the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old.
A security deposit will be taken a few days before your arrival and returned up to 5 days after your departure
In case of cancellation, the amounts committed are non-refundable
