The apartments are completely private (2 units per floor - 4 units in total - all being our property) for a rental of pleasure, comfort and relaxation. The entrances are independent (no internal common area). Ext fire air common.
An open-air center (nautical and land) in the heart of nature and directly adjacent to our condotels (intimately divided) is available to customers on request ($) and according to seasonal and operating availability. A myriad of activities, including skiing or snowshoeing (in winter), sailing and various non-motorized boats in summer. Important: Free or supervised activities (nautical, land, spa, swimming pool) offered nearby, depending on the season, depending on availability. Richard's Condotels does not guarantee the holding or not of the activities and the stay is not dependent on availability. All the photos in the appendix are real and were taken at the resort or the municipal beach (nearby). We place them at your disposal for representation purposes. All inclusions in the condo unit are certified.

Pricing conditions and details
"Weekend" stays available in low season (2 nights min. - 3 nights on bank holiday weekends). Extra 25% compares to the daily rate.
Weekly rate (6 days - from Friday 5 p.m. to the following Thursday 11 a.m.): $ 118/night + household costs. $ 57 and applicable taxes. Info available by phone. 418-563-1463.
We favor and offer preferential rates for stays of 2, 3 and 4 weeks in high season as in low season (always arriving Friday 5 p.m. and departures last Thursday 11 a.m.).
The premises must have been left in the state as found. Each unit is fully equipped and has all the necessary facilities relating to a standard of four stars.
The rates are discounted to the minimum and we rely on the intelligence and notions of respect of our customers to ensure that we can maintain these low prices. Activities are not included, nor rentals of outdoor equipment. Everything is offered, depending on the season and according to availability, on an à la carte basis.

Your key will be available in a padlock * box directly next to the access door of your condotel.
* "padlock with key storage" provided with a number combination.
The operation is simple and takes only a few seconds.
You have to;
- open the small black window of the padlock - dial the code, take the key and re-lock the padlock to then unlock the door of your condo (on arrival);
and
- put the key back in the locked padlock when you leave.
(It is your responsibility to ensure that the lock is locked)

-Nothing to bring, except your good humor and your predisposition to relax and enjoy the outdoors ... The food in the grocery stores in the area which offers great diversity (for a small region) including butcher services and SAQ counter. Some good restaurants including a new micro-brewery and an inn near the lake.
Everything is provided in the manner of a chalet for rent (equipment, sheets, towels, small soaps included) ... Dishwasher on site (please make sure not to leave the condo when the dishwasher is running, it's your responsibility, and the same goes for the stacked washer and dryer).
We do not supply shampoos.
We ask people to put the premises back in the state as found ... By renting "by the week" at very advantageous costs, we understand that the time and quantity of staff available for interviews are limited and we count on the good judgment of our customers and friends. Our BBQs on the terraces are functional (depending on the season). They are connected to the propane line which supplies the 4 fireplaces and the 4 Bbq of terraces.
