Beautiful newly built small house set on the majestic St-Laurence River. Direct access to the beach and to some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world (according to the National Geographic).

This lovely house is located in the village of Notre-Dame-du-Portage, a well known vacation destination in the valley of the St-Lawrence River. Its modern architecture offers a fantastic view on the St-Lawrence, which is 12 km wide and with salt water and tides. It is on the waterfront.

Services in the nearby (5 km) town of Rivière-du-Loup are quite accessible and complete.

This village is a member of the Association of the Most Beautiful Villages of Québec. It was once the strategic landing where the great "portages" between the St-Lawrence, Acadia and the Maritimes began. Its rivers where therefore travelled by the First Nations, missionaries and trappers alike.

No smoking, no animals. The house is hypo-allergenic.
Rented to one or two adults only.
A 50% account is required upon reservation. Balance payable two months before the rental date (in cash).
A 200$ security deposit is required upon arrival; it will be reimbursed in full after inspection of the premises.
Arrival and departure time: Sunday at noon.
The premises must be left in their original state: towels and beddings washed, house cleaned.
