Ancestral house (1879) overlooking the river, in the heart of the village. A few steps from the river, restaurants and shops.

Nicely restored, its warm character will seduce you. Ideal for 2 to 4 people. NON-SMOKER. WITHOUT ANIMALS.

The house offers 2 bedrooms with comfortable “Queen” beds, bedding included, a fully renovated bathroom, a work or writing corner as weel of a landry room with a toilet at the garden level.

The living room has a wood fireplace and the first back of wood is provided free of charge by the house.

On the terrace, you benefit from a superb view of the river and the Charlevoix region.

Included: High speed internet, washer, dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishes, bedding and towels.

Arrival time from 4:00 p.m. Departure before 11:00 a.m.. Times are local to Kamouraska, Qc.
