Luxurious 4-seasons cottage with panoramic view on the lake, in Dégelis in Bas-St-Laurent.

Having located Témiscouata by the lake, at 2 h 45 from car of the bridges of Quebec, this great cottage is located in a wooded with side of mountain, and is unless 5 minutes by car of services such grocery, restaurants, garage, etc. We can find there a cycle track (Le Petit Témis), the National Track (ramble walking) as well so nearby as a watched public beach.

Constructed in 1984, our cottage on stilt of type " Archimède " is endowed with an unique architecture. Descending roof, wooden ceiling, floor of frank wood, cooks hyper functional in wild cherry tree and stainless steel, short all comfort of a modern home in the heart of the countryside, in a village place which is not saturated with tourists! The persons in search of calmness and in peace, as well as the small families that want to use nautical activities will appreciate it!

The cottage can be rented for the weekend, in week or according to your needs. His 3 rooms can receive up to 8 persons. EVERYTHING is included: refrigerator, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, cleaner/drier, dinnerware, attachments of kitchen, blow-dryer, cleaner/drier, bath whirl, television, CD/DVD, conditioned air, etc.

Outside: a big patio to take the sun or its meals, a table and chairs of patio, an umbrella, a BBQ, a outdoor fireplace where you will be able to make grill your mallows on fire in the evening.

There is also an access which leads to a small private beach and a quay that can receive small nautical crafts (kayak, boat). Bathing is possible also in this place.
