Beautiful quaint cottage located on the shores of Grand Lake Malobès in St-Fabien. 5 minutes to all amenities such as grocery, liquor, cash, convenience store, gas station.
Near the entrance of the Parc du Bic and all its attractions, 25 minutes from Rimouski. Accessible year round. 3 ski centers nearby. ATV and snowmobile trails near the chalet. Several sugarshack within 2 km.

Property policies
PAYMENT
The location is confirmed upon receipt of 50% of the total rental which is payable by check or bank transfer. The balance of the rental is payable 30 days before arrival.
A security deposit of $ 300.00 by check is required and will be charged in case of accidental breakage or other. The check will be destroyed or returned within two weeks after the inspection. You must leave the cottage in a clean condition and we reserve the right to charge all expenses incurred by failure to comply with these rules or by breakage.
Included: dishes, cutlery, pots, and glassware, table linens and dishes, cleaning products, dish soap, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels. There is a cable TV and a DVD player.
You must bring your own bedding (towels, washcloths and linens for bed and 3 single beds 54 inches 39 inches. These items can be provided upon request with an extra charge.
The cottage has drinking water but sometimes with taste. We provide, upon arrival, two 20 liter water jars and there is a source of drinking water located 4 kilometers from the cottage.
