The cottage is divided into 2 separate units: a 3 bedroom unit (top unit) and a 2 bedroom unit (bottom unit). Direct access to the slopes of Ski Bromont and chairlifts / gondolas  and a few steps from the water park, mountain bike trails etc.

The unit at the upper level has 3 large bedroom, incl 2 bedrooms upstairs (mezzanine), one with a king size bed and the other room with a double bed, as well as a 3rd bedroom with one double bed. 2 full bathrooms, including one in the Master BR. The 2 BR at the mezzanine level have cabled TV. Fully equipped kitchen with refridgerator, hot plate, built-in oven, dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer. Large living room with abundant windows and 2-sided gas fireplace which also overlooks the dining room. 3 TVs with cable and DVD player. Large terrace with patio set and BBQ. Complete bedding and dishes.

The bottom unit has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a captain bed (2 simple beds). Living room with a 65 inches TV. A full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Open concept living room and dining room. Complete bedding and dishes.

The 2 units can be rented independently by 2 different tenants, or can be rented together for a family or a larger group. The 2 units are communicating from the inside.

Type of beds Upper unit: 2 double beds and 1 king size bed. Lower Unit: 1 queen bed and 2 single beds.
