Description
An artist's spirit guided the development of this cottage that continues to surprise throughout the visit. A wonderful way to break from the ordinary to make room for the imagination and the unexpected!
Large airy rooms with unconventional design organized on 2 levels and a half, whose distribution is very original in a unique world. The ceiling height varies up to 17 'and a discrete point of view of the mountains with countless windows allow views. In each room, it was amalgamated with great freedom, works of art and discoveries of all kinds. Designed and built by sculptor Robert Lachance, the cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 large living room-kitchen with -room, a large living room with cozy sofa bed and bunk beds. A bathroom and a bathroom and a balcony terrace. Comfortable for 10 people. We are not waterfront but with our climate, you will enjoy our SPA equally usable in the year.
The whole, on a fully wooded mountain, with no close neighbors and surrounded by the track "The Gyllespie," a path leading directly to the Regional Park Dufresne, the largest cross country skiing in the Laurentians! The park includes 1900 acres over 80 km of cross country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking and hiking trails? This haven will delight lovers of the outdoors and? arts. Look no further and take advantage of? Opportunity to stay in this unique cottage in the Laurentians. The village of Val-David, with all amenities is only 5 minutes by car.

Property policies
- Add $ 100 for holiday.
- Price for 6 people, free for children 2 years old and under, $ 25 per additional child and $ 50 per additional adult, except for rental of 6 days or more.
- Reservations confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 50% of the rental.
- Balance payable by check 30 days before arrival, a week before by banking transfer or at arrival by credit card or in cash.
- Security Deposit of $ 500.00. returned after the rental inspection.
