Description

This new construction sits accross the road from the lakefront and has two floors with big windows facing it as well as a wrap around deck. There are two bedrooms (one king, one queen) as well as a kids room with a twin bed( the kids room is next to the master bedroom on the top floor).Another private bedroom is downstairs, adjacent to a big family room that has a sofa bed and a Wii game console. There are two full bathrooms as well as a washer and dryer. The house is in a quiet wooded area but also has all the amenities needed for families that need to do some work while on vacation and stay in touch. Wi-Fi high speed internet, DVD, cable TV with French and English channels,printer,fax and copier for guest use. There are walking, snowmobile and ATV trails nearby as well. The parking can fit 3 cars easily with a boat/ATV trailer. The flooring is hard woods upstairs and vinyl/tile downstairs. The kitchen comes will all the necessities and the dining area can sit 12, complete with a gas fireplace. Electrical A/C in the summer.

We supply a gas and charcoal grill for BBQ as well as a fire pit outside.

There is a landline phone in the house with free long distance to Canada/US/France and UK.
