Description

Our cottage "The Peninsula Island Cottage" is located at LakeChapleau in La Minerve village area , 30-40 minutes from Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. Paradise of VTT, SKI-DOO, Cross-Country ski, in winter time.

This location is convenient as it is close to services in the village. It is a waterfront chalet where you can do swimming, canoeing, fishing, yatching and practice your favorite water sports. Motorized boats accepted. We supply a canoe and a row boat. Bring your safety vests.

You can bring your own boat providing you respect to proceed to the cleaning according to instructions of the designated area, the local gas station at La Minerve. Understanding however that we cannot guarantee water level to anchor your own boat as it depends on climate change.

This cottage is built on a peninsula island on Lake Chapleau. An easy, sandy, flat access to the lake.Safe for small children always subject to parents safe guarding.

A very private and quiet location with no neighbour close by. Enjoy the shade of a large conifer trees surrounding the property. You access the lake from a small trail on the property..

In winter, this is a fun cottage to be in as you can ski on the lake or take a long walk . If you want you can make your own ice ring for skating . You can access VTT and Ski-Doo trails not far from the cottage.

Your family and kids will enjoy this paradise in summer or winter.

BBQ on site and a picnic table.

All linens, dishes, towells supplied and a fully equipped kitchen and appliances to accomodate 6 adult, 2 small children MAX.
